Guarantee

In accordance with Australian consumer law, the products in the Colour Magic Interior Design Furniture Collection come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The products distributed through Colour Magic Interior Design have a warranty of 2 years for production defects. Exempt from this warranty are products with defects caused by poor assembling, inappropriate use, wearing or age of the product, changes in colours and materials in line with natural use of the product, and/or maintenance different from the one prescribed by the manufacturer.

Product Caring & Cleaning

Wood is a natural product that absorbs moisture from humidity and environmental factors and can lead to changes in colour and design. This results in unique pieces of furniture. Irregular absorption of light can leave permanent stains and marks on timber products, so it is recommended that no objects be left on product surfaces during the first few weeks of use. Variations in timber colour tones are considered characteristics, and are therefore not accepted as a reason to claim. Cleaning must be done with a damp cloth, without the use of any chemical dissolvent, and must be finished with a dry cloth. In case of contact with moisture or spills, clean immediately to avoid damage.

Minimum order value of $250 applies to all orders. Where possible, Colour Magic Interior Design endeavours to offer all our customers FREE delivery, but please note that special conditions or additional freight charges may apply depending on delivery address.
