Claims

Please check the goods before signing the transport document for good receipt. Colour Magic Interior Design does not accept claims for goods which have been signed off as received property and which are not communicated to a member of our Colour Magic Interior Design team within 24 hours upon receipt. At Colour Magic Interior Design, we realise that offering good ‘after sales service’ is very important. Therefore, if you have any concerns, it is vital that you contact us on sandra@colourmagic.com.au as soon as possible within 24 hours upon receipt.

Product Returns

Product returns must be authorized by a member of the Colour Magic Interior Design team by emailing sandra@colourmagic.com.au within 24 hours upon receipt. Product returns will not be admitted resulting from an error in your order, and returns cannot be accepted without the original packaging in perfect condition.
